Maddy Hughes is a multidisciplinary designer and artist with a B.S. in Art and Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon.

She creates visual stories across both digital and physical mediums, working in everything from UI/UX and brand design to ceramics, textiles, cyanotype, and Photoshop. Her work focuses on crafting thoughtful brand experiences that connect with people and enhance everyday life.

Design shapes how we move through the world. In my work, I start by listening and understanding people, their needs, and the challenges they face. From there, I use creativity across different mediums to create thoughtful solutions that feel meaningful and make a real impact. I’m endlessly curious and driven by a passion for telling honest stories through design.

I’m based in Eugene, Oregon. Outside of the studio, I enjoy traveling, drinking iced lavender matcha, exploring new food spots, and, lately, I'm fixated on birdwatching.
